Refund Policy

1. Overview
At CannaClausFarms.com, each product is made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printful. Because our items are custom printed specifically for you, we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. However, we will always make it right if your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.
2. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a printing error, damage, or manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Photos of the affected product and packaging

A short description of the problem
Once verified, we’ll work with Printful to offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
3. Exchanges
Because every item is custom printed when ordered, we do not offer size or design exchanges. Please check all sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure about sizing, reach out before purchasing — we’ll be happy to help.
4. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe and appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll work with Printful and their carrier partners to investigate. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement free of charge. Please note: Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for replacement unless a delivery issue is verified.
5. Returns
We do not accept returns due to the custom nature of our products. All items are printed on demand and cannot be resold once produced. If an incorrect address was entered at checkout or the package was unclaimed, it may be returned to Printful.
In that case, additional shipping charges may apply for resending.
6. Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

Wrong size or style ordered

Change of mind

Orders delayed due to postal or customs issues

Products damaged by improper care or handling after delivery
8. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible before your order begins fulfillment. Once your order has entered production or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change — we’ll do our best to help before fulfillment starts.
