All products sold through CannaClausFarms.com are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted production partner, Printful. This means that all orders are custom-made, packed, and shipped directly from Printful’s global fulfillment centers.

We strive to ensure that your order is processed and delivered in a timely manner, and we’ll always communicate clearly about any delays or issues that arise.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders typically take 3–7 business days to process before shipment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Processing times may vary slightly during high-demand seasons, holidays, or sales events.

 

3. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times depend on your location and Printful’s nearest fulfillment center. Average delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–8 business days after fulfillment

  • Canada: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days after fulfillment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing beyond our control.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location, order weight, and shipping method.

Occasionally, promotions or discounts may include free or reduced shipping, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

If you do not receive your tracking details or your order seems delayed, please contact us at info@cannaclausfarms.com and we’ll be happy to help.

6. International Shipping & Customs

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, international orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations

  • Delays caused by customs processing or international carriers

These fees are not included in your purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

If you provide an incorrect address or fail to claim your package, it may be returned to Printful. In such cases, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item. Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
We’ll work with Printful to investigate and resolve the issue, including possible replacements or refunds where appropriate.

To help expedite resolution, include photos of the damaged product and packaging when applicable.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each product is made to order, cancellations or modifications are only possible before fulfillment begins. If your order has already gone into production or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes. Please reach out promptly if you need to make an adjustment.
